Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have an online map of the resort's layout?
Yes. Click here to view a copy of the resort map in PDF format.
You will need Adobe
Acrobat, a free download, to read the file. If you are using a dial-up
connection, we recommend right-clicking the link and saving the file to your
computer, since it is quite large. Our online
brochure is also available.
Does Pismo Coast Village have monthly rates?
No. Our maximum stay is 29 consecutive nights, with each night charged at
the regular nightly rate.
How far in advance can I make reservations at Pismo Coast Village?
General public reservations can be made starting the first day of the sixth month prior
to the month in which you want to arrive. (i.e. on May 1, you can
make any reservation starting in November.) Pismo Coast Village shareholders should
refer to their Shareholder Information Manual for reservation procedures.
Can you reserve a specific site or area at Pismo Coast Village?
All guests are welcome to let our reservations staff know which sites or areas they
would prefer (or not prefer) when making a reservation (click here for a resort map in PDF format
- requires
Adobe Acrobat, a free download), and we will do
our very best to accommodate your requests. However, requests are not
guaranteed, and you will not find out your site number until the time you arrive
at the resort.
Does Pismo Coast Village permit tent camping?
No, but each site can have one dome tent, no larger than 8 feet square by 7 feet
high, up overnight (between 5:00pm and 10:00am), adjacent to the RV, to help
provide extra sleeping space.
Do you have a copy of your Rules and Regulations?
Yes. Please click here.
Do you have room to park additional vehicles or utility trailers?
A maximum of three vehicles including the primary RV may occupy one site at any time,
when site size permits, and all three must be parked clear of the paved road and grass.
Any non RV trailer will be required to be stored at the resort's secured lot.
Does Pismo Coast Village have beach access?
Yes, we have three pedestrian beach accesses from the resort right onto Pismo State
Beach. However, currently Pismo Creek is flowing along the resort and it is
necessary to walk around the lagoon to get to the ocean.

motorhomes to the
